Maybe someone who works in games will see this and have a change of heart when making their game's DLC.Īs a huge fan of Infinite, I'll definitely say the story (I don't know what you mean by unexplained, majority of people I know had a decent understanding of it) was better. I loved it, and I'm sad Bioshick is forever finished for me. With what DLC has turned into now, I just wanted to give a shout out to some quality DLC. (Yeah, it's old news, but I'm still impressed). It's clear the team put some thought and care into it, and it certainly did NOT feel like it was an afterthought or something cut from the game. It really felt like an expansion pack, almost more than one (like a sequel). I was glued to it and stayed up all night playing it until it was complete. The plot also introduced some really new ideas to the setting (underwater supercomputers and such). It had a great story, fun new features, a whole new set of characters and more insight on supporting characters in the main game, took about 10 hours to finish, and a great deal of care went into it. They made some really good choices when making it.Īnyway, I recently played Minerva's Den. I think people just dislike it because it wasn't as new as the first. /r/GamePhysics - Clips of game physics shining and glitchingĭesign based on /r/FlatBlue created by /u/creeschįirst off, Bioshock 2 is great./r/gaming4gamers - middle ground between purely-for-fun and more serious subreddits./r/GamingLeaksAndRumours - Leaks and Rumors.Posting unmarked spoilers will result in removal and warning, and posting spoilers with malicious intent will result in a ban.
